Step 4: Pay Online

Once you submit the application, you will be directed to the Pay Online link. Click this link and submit payment to complete the application process.

I understand that I am responsible to read the Rental Standards and Privacy Policy if applicable. I understand and agree that the application will not be processed until I have executed all required documents.

If you are a Non-US Citizen please email mgr@acomaliving.com to receive the appropriate supplemental rental application you will need to submit to Acoma.

A $49.95 processing fee will be charged to your credit or debit card by RentPayment in order to fully process your online payment of your application fee(s) and security deposit. Please note: Acoma will reimburse this processing fee one-time only once your application has been approved and your lease agreement has been fully executed.
